MusicMine Terms of Service

Welcome to MusicMine (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MusicMine mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use MusicMine. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration
   To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. User Content

3.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of any music, audio, artwork, metadata, or other content you upload to MusicMine (“User Content”). However, by uploading, you confirm you own or have the legal right to distribute the content.

3.2 License to MusicMine
By uploading User Content, you grant MusicMine a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and promote your content on and through the Service.

4. Revenue & Royalties
   ⦁ You retain 80% of all revenue generated from your content.
   ⦁ MusicMine retains 20% as a platform and service fee.
   ⦁ You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on your income through MusicMine.
5. Content Restrictions
   You may not upload or distribute content that:
   You do not have rights to.
   ⦁ Infringes on intellectual property rights.
   ⦁ Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
   ⦁ We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Prohibited Conduct
   ⦁ You agree not to: Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
   ⦁ Use bots, automated systems, or scripts.
   ⦁ Reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service.
   ⦁ Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.
7. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Disclaimers
   The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, MusicMine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
